Event Attendance & Payment Policy

We understand that schedules can change, but event planning requires advance commitments and expenses. Registration secures your seat and confirms your financial commitment. By registering, members agree that full payment is required regardless of attendance, and all fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you remain responsible for the full event fee; however, you may transfer your registration to another person with prior notification. We appreciate your understanding and your support of ABC RI, which allows us to continue delivering high-quality programs and events for all members.
